The meeting that is proposed for 12:00 pm [noon], on Sunday, December 04, at the Damazan ground.
The idea behind this is to afford members an opportunity to air thoughts on the topics of the nets area [surface of track, and drainage of area] and the ground fencing. Being at the ground itself is thought to be the ideal venue, so that one can asses the situation first hand.
It is the hope of the Committee that by the end of the meeting we will have adequately defined the problem[s], discussed and agreed viable solutions, and established both the timetable and budget needed to implement said solutions.
So, one and all are most welcome and encouraged to attend. No idea is a stupid idea! |
